Discovery 2

Actually planned to do the birthday update.. Irfan dah tanye tak update adiah depa kaaa heheh..

But then tadi, came back from the MMC-Gamuda Electralized (cam salah je my spelling.. nnt I recheck!) Double Track site visit feeling very exhausted. Not that we did much but we went to two sites which I'd like to talk about here.. takut lupe the facts nanti but with the sun right on top of us for the whole morning till noon, felt a bit.. hazy!

Then came back to school for the tahlil and feast by the technical staff. Fahmi ajak basuh pinggan so there we were washing all the dishes, pots and pans along with Salleh, Khairul (?) and Syafiq(?) [Sorry, just introduced to them tadi so but i'm sure I got both their names right]. And after more than an hour of washing, I just wanna go home, wash up, solat and take a nice looooongg nap.

Anyway hehe.. about the discovery!

I've always known USM as Universiti Sains Malaysia.. right? Malaysians sumer tau kan? :)

Then at the site office, I got to know another meaning of USM: UnSuitable Material..

..apekah?

Huh.. sabo je lahhhhh...

..and ANOTHER nice suprise!

Waaahhh.. a week full of suprises! I likey hehe..

First of all, this morning, while trying to find a nice shaded parking space under the DK complex, I saw abg Joe talking on the phone, his faithful scooter (?) beside him, full with letters and parcels as usual. I waved to him and suddenly saw an empty space dan telah memarkir kerete ngan jaye nye hehe..

Anyway, even if the DK complex is just in front of my school, still kene jalan la kaaann.. then while walking, I heard the famliar sound of abg Joe and his ride and while I was turning toward him, he made a gesture as if trying to throw a parcel to me..

Aiik.. parcel?!?!

Wasn't expecting one but turned out, it was for me :)

Sampai je kat atas, noticed it was from Ana and since I knew they had just come back from Perhentian, I was expecting a t-shirt (from the parcel, mmg sah la it was some sort of fabric) but when I bukak.. jeng jeng jeng.. kain pasang upenye. She bought from Terengganu when she went home aritu la kot or mase gi Perhentian.. Still hoping for Terengganu silk from Adi for the langkah bendul fine :p Hahah.. but I like it! Sgt lembut but I dunno the name of the fabric.. yg bes tu, Ana pun tatau heheh.. takpe Ana, pakai je hehe.. dah dok pilih² tmpt mane la nak gi tempah baju nye hehe..

Tadaaa.. fridge magnet hehe.. suke! Especially since tak penah pegi kaaaann hehe.. tq Adi. Ingat gak dia ape kakak dia suke kumpul :p Siap semangat cari yg ade map of Perhentian since he knows its the kind I like for local islands. Last time he came home for the 'discuss', he gave me this fridge magnet he bought for one charity ni.

Then, dengan senyum di muke yg blum ilang, I settled down to compile the marks for the light structural lab. GA and fellow yang lain pun were bz doing this.. I was a bit lucky tak yah marking, tp agak la jugak pening nak isi marks tu so sib baik la tak yah marking hehe..

Blum pun ilang rase excited still dpt adiah lagi (kan dah kate, sy ni kebendaan sungguh la semenjak dua menjak nihhh!) evnthough dah nearly two weeks of my birthday, Bashir plak, a Palestinian in our room came and handed me a paper bag.. 'For your birthday' katenye haha.. alooooo, tetibe segan plak! Diorg ni bukannye byk duit sgt pun and seriusly, sy tak mintak tau! But I appreciate it.. so what did he give me?

Hehe.. actually, I DON'T own a face mirror. Serious! At home, I used this old compact powder mirror before I bought the full length mirror for the guest room. So now, I can put this mirror in MY room hehe.. thanx Bashir!

And last but not least, Yee came back from lunch with some cakes for me. She said she didn't know what to buy for me, even asked me if I wanted anything hahah.. so in the end, she bought me these cakes. Cute haha.. and its the thought that counts.. tul tak? :)

So sekali lagi, my birthday entry tertangguh haha.. nanti la, I also wanna update on my 'masak²' hehe.. Just finished compiling the marks and gave them to Sheena for her part. Malas la plak nak compose panjang² :p Tomorrow plak we're going to Kamunting kot, to Gamuda's double track tunnel site kot klau tak silap (kate Wesam laaa..) so the update would have to wait..

Till then.. I'm still smiling heheh..

Another nice suprise!

Arrived at school this afternoon, dah plan nak update on the birthday entry. Dah dekat 2 minggu dah tangguh hehe.. but then, I saw THIS on my table..

Sy sungguh kebendaan :p

Saya baru sedar satu bende.. sy manusia yg sungguh kebendaan haha.. no matter how much I tell myself I'm a saint yang baik giler (as if!).. tp sebenarnye peristiwe hari ini membuktikan sy manusia yang sungguh kebendaan :p

So this morning, I was supposed to key in the marks for lab EAA203. A bit boring, but I'm paid to do it hehe.. then suddenly Yee came to me and handed me 2 Pos Express packages. I WAS expecting birthday cards from Dgon and Ija anyway.. but in Pos Express packages?

Since I needed a break, I decided to open the packages (Ayu sedang menipu.. sape tak excited bile dpt parcel, sile angkat tangan DGN JUJUR haha..)

..dan sy tersenyum sampai ke telinge!

The crystal bracelet is from Ija.. cantiiiiiikkk! Dan bertambah lah koleksi gelang ku ini.. I thought Ija only wanted to send a card, turned out it was such a nice suprise, I couldn't help grinning (thus the realization of the 'kebendaan'ness in me :p). Been wanting to buy one myself tp takde yg berkenan and now that I've got one from Ija.. waaaa, rase nak terbang ke Sabah dan peluk awak!

The second one was from Dgon.. a birthday card as expected and two gifts. One was this phone holder yg tidaklah sy reti nak assemble so untuk mengelakkan dari memalukan diri, len post akan saya tunjuk (which reminds me, my annual birthday entry tak buat lagik!). But the second one was something I had just seen a few days ago at Memory Lane.

Being a book worm, I also collect all sorts of bookmarks. I've got a whole box of it at home and really love them. A few weeks ago, I saw this new collection of bookmarks at Memory Lane. A few were with poems (another thing I collect haha..) about women, girls, bestfriends.. I wanted most of them haha.. but I really like the one about friends and another one about sisters and was planning on snapping a picture of it while giving the obvious hint to Izati to buy it for me (takkan nak beli bookmark for sister kat diri sendiri kaaannn :p)

Then tadaaaa.. this bookmark fell outta Dgon's package.. and of course, my wide Julia Roberts smile turned even wider.. alien-like! Hahah..

So the whole day, I was smiling.. tak sangke 2 things I wanted 'flew' to me for my birthday. Thanx Ija n Dgon :)

Oppss, doesn't mean I don't like my other presents and cards. Sgt suke (mati sy nanti org len kecik ati hahah..).. and will update in my birthday entry nanti sbb the things sumer kat umah, couldn't snap the photo yet :) Nanti tauuuu..

Hmm.. last Sunday met up with a friend. A very 'old' friend (not that she's old la kaaaannn :p).. Met her in AlMashoor when I was in form 1 and though in form 4 she went to MRSM Taiping, we never lost contact :) We met again during matrics in Kulim then for our degree, she went to Kelantan while I went to Tronoh. Still, during breaks and birthdays, we were always in contact..

Had promised Bart to go meet her together so there we were @ QBay, terpacak menanti kedatangan Dr Noraslina Ab Samat. And very hampeh her, she had promised she'd leave her fiance at home but since they haven't bought anything for their wedding next month, there he was, tagging along with us.. adeh! Malu sehhhh..

Well, at first je la puuuunnn.. pastu rasenye her fiance yg termalu kot as we were gossipping and giggling like 13-year-olds again. Org kat Manhattan tu pun geleng kepale pe.. especially bile sumer gelak beso teringat As punye 'big news' in form 3 hahahah.. kuar air mate ku!

Abis name sume org kuar.. Ami, Bai, Shareena, Aziah, Mushita, Mursyida, Nadiah, Suri, Dayang, Shipah, Kizam, Nani, Yati, Fizah, Aida, Mak Su, Fik, Ani, Dayah (As la paling berusehe mengingati name kesemua budak kelas kami heheh..) Then kuar jugak Cikgu Nab, Cikgu Pah, Ustazah Che Maznah, Mrs Phun, Ustaz Mokhtar, Ustaz Salleh, Ustazah Munawwarah and paling takkan dilupekan klau As is around, Ustaz Rushaidi shy-shy heheh..

Then after an hour and half eating, baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaru la kitorg mulekan misi tolong the bakal pengantins mencari barang hantaran. Bak kate Bart, "Ayu, seronok kan temankan org beli hantaran.. kita tunjuuuuuuuuuk jaaaa.. depa yg bayaq!" Heheh.. betul betul betul :)

First went to find some jeans(?) for the guy side hantaran. Then went around looking for handbags and shoes. Senang giler with As, kitorg tunjuk je, dia setuju hahah.. After that, they agreed with our idea on finding watches jugak.. and sekali lagi, kitorg yg excited terlebey, As and fiance selambe sahaje..

Though one incident kat kedai jam while they were fiddling around with the watch for As's fiance.

Me: Bart.. tengok jam ni lawa, bleh tunjuk kat As japgi..
Bart: Yang mana.. yang mana?!?!
Me: Tuuu.. yg bujoq tuuu..
Bart: *senyap*
Me: Nape Bart, tak lawa ka?
Bart: Huyoooo.. Ayu dah pandai ckp 'bujoooqqq'!
Me: Caitttt..

Haha..

Anyway, it was almost Maghrib when we finished 'ordering-people-around-with-their-wedding-shopping' hehe.. bes oooo! :p

We (Read: They!) came in empty handed except with their full purse and wallets, but went home ('they' jugak laaa..) kiri kanan with paper bags! Kitorg plak yang puas as if kitorang la kan yang shopping hehe..

Anyway, to my AlMashoorian friends, ni latest pic of As and fiance at the kedai jam :)

P/S Satu perkare membanggekan: The whole day with As, sy tak masuk Popular mahupun Borders! Rase magic hehe.. hari ini dlm sejarah tuuuu :p
